Oh lovely I do like the looks that the side of beef got full on droll moment.



It shows that in this season they are going to be a bit more of a couple - or is that a clever trick pulled to suggest one thine and there by warp our fragile little minds?



Still good to see that soon, soon we shall be rewarded for our patience.

Is it wrong that I had the same reaction to the beef as two werewolves?!

Love it! Anyone else think that them being in a supermarket suggests we might get a bit more of George and Nina trying to be a normal couple and not just a series of stuff entirely about the supernatural? One of the things I love about BH is the humour in mundane life, I don't want to see that go from the series

My friend just told me about a website to get around school blocks (Thank you to inkblurboy for posting all these videos on youtube!) I now have watched this teaser trailer. I love the way that when the meat gets set down they both turn towards it in unison! So cool!!!

Yeh George and Nina together..and yes, I'm sure they will be much more 'together' as a couple in BH3. I'm still rooting for the baby factor although I seem to be alone with that hope...



So Annie was in a library and these two in a supermarket...looks like the producers going for 'normal life' settings...maybe to show that BH3 will focus more on their attempts to live 'normal' human lives?



So where will Mitchell be situated..a bar?..a club maybe?



Wee bit disappointed that the Annie trailer on BBC3 last night was identical to the blog...had sorta thought it would be extended...so I'm guessing that the George & Nina one tonight will be the same as on here and we'll have to wait to the New Year for the full trailer(s)

Dorina- Your not alone wishing for a baby, I would LOVE to see a little werewolf baby. Although I am wondering about what would happen to the baby, would he/she be born a werewolf? And what would happen to Nina when she changes if she was pregnant?

When you see the date of the blog it may reveal just how obsessive I am but no matter here is the answer to one question sort of - unless she's been hiding a pregnancy for 4 months - full moon in the Gynaecologists office - but that is a bit of a stretch and 4 months.

Flip me! They've only been going out for what? 3 months, and for a good 6-7 weeks of that they were split up! I think it's too soon to be thinking babies yet!



Ooh and I am feeling seriously clever tonight, because I had a Ewan-level intelligence moment remembering what Toby had said about babies! Whoop! And I am adding to my intelligence rating by pointing out the fact that as the 2nd series picked up within weeks of where the 1st left off, thus meaning that we've only seen 14/15 weeks of their lives/deaths so far. I am assuming/hoping it will pick up equally soon after BH2 for BH3 or else Mitchell and George (and Nina) have been seriously mean to Annie...



This is where Ewan points out something that I've missed and tells me I am wrong and puts me back in my vague state of knowledge that comes from just enjoying the show and blog videos but not buying into the whole magazine-reading element... which is fine.



I am happy in my ignorance, but I feel vaguely excited that I might have a little bit of intelligence that doesn't pertain to explaining the symbolism of the Rainbow Portrait of Elizabeth I... next semester I shall be studying sixteenth and seventeenth century witchcraft and I am NOT looking forward to it.

Well, I haven't studied it yet, so I am not sure, but I would think it will relate to cultural perceptions of witchcraft at the time, and persecution. To understand it, we will need to define what was viewed as witchcraft and whether it was actually "witchcraft" (I would always argue it's just nonsense - sorry fellow bloggers) or just your bog-standard herb lady with old-wives-tales remedies.

We'll be looking at the Puritan movement against witches, which in its very nature created most of the perceptions about what was witchy and James I who really didn't like witches (he was a bit of a crazy horse terrified that people were trying to curse or kill him - vive la revolution!)

Best of all, we will probably look at the way witches were portrayed in the modern day tv of the time: the playhouses! Step forward Master Shakespeare! (We bow down at your feet.) Macbeth may get a fair few mentions. The man is a legend. Shakespeare that is, not Macbeth, he was just the subject of a nasty smear campaign (which worked).

Oooh I think I just made myself excited about studying witchcraft! I blame William! I just love him!

That sounds good I suppose you will have to learn about the Horned gods transformation from (I think) Harvest or at the very least seasonal deity to the Devil. Oh whitch William?

Any fundamentalist/extremist end of religion has a tendancy to get a bit mental. People manipulate anything to get their own way. I work with some pretty fundamental Christians, but was brought up by liberals, and ended up a Christian Atheist. I do not like how religion often only gets portrayed at its extremes and thought Toby did very well to keep me on side by writing a reasonable back story to Kemp.



Acceptance of all people and their beliefs is what I strive for. Understanding.



Fox News, Sarah Palin, the republican party in general do come across as a bunch of nutters though, but I'm a socialist so I'm biased. Ignorance is not bliss.

Ewan, I thought of something else re 27. Extremists aren't very good at accepting others. Which means, in most religions I've learnt about, they've completely missed the main point of what they are spouting!



BH is beautiful because it is all about acceptance, so I've worked the conversation back into a safe territory again. It's about accepting what people are and loving them, and the enemies in BH are always those who cannot show love and acceptance, who are on the extremes of their beliefs.

Where would Mitchell be if Josie hadn't been willing to listen to and accept him as he was, love him and to support him in becoming what he wanted to be? (And what was that gold thing around her neck?!) What is it that George, Annie and Mitchell all desperately crave? To fit in, to be accepted in society, to live normally... Nina was angry because she didn't fit anymore and hurt George more as she couldn't accept what they were. Mitchell continuously fights with himself as he cannot accept what he has done... Lucy failed because Kemp convinced her to stick with her unaccepting extremes, her gut told her otherwise - I am gonna miss her! She had a long road to peace to take which would have been interesting.

Well done on getting back onto BH I was a little worried we were going a little close to losing the blog there.

The five stages we saw all 4 go through that Journey



All of them were helped because you could relate to the pain we have all faced betrayal rage and fear, not to the same level admittedly but we all know what they feel like and that helps us.

Had some thoughts I don't think we'll get a full trailer till after Christmas but When after Christmas?



Also who will be the first on you tube to make a vid with Cat Stephens and will they manage this before the trailer comes out?

Sorry for getting waylaid and being slow to bring it back to BH - but if you saw what I am reading in between trips to the blog your brain would be running a bit slow too! Some of it's in Latin. I don't understand Latin. Astraea. Mm-hmm.



I don't think we'll get full trailer until after Christmas, but being as Christmas is a skimpy 3 days away (Yep Ewan, time to do your Christmas shopping!), I think we will survive. I for one will be highly distracted for the next 4 days (as opposed to desperately seeking distraction from studying and finding myself here). It will be a nice thing to look forward to in the post-Christmas lull (unlike my studying).

Aww George and Nina are so cute together. The teaser is still too short but very good.

I`m still waiting for Nina to get whiff of Daisy`s perfume and then work out where she recognises it from.

They are the cutest thing EVER. Full stop.

At my work we all just got a roast for Christmas and I immediately thought of this trailer.
