Bye Bye Lloyd - Im not sorry to see you go - though I know you had your fans - not sure why you are saying - "be braver" - to do what? your mission has become more and more muddled.

Interesting the blog is keeping it slightly open whether he is dead - maybe the writers want all their options kept open - though it was said firmly elsewhere that he was dead.

btw - thank you BHProd for reassuring us about future treats - you know we do need a continous supply now S2 is over. Cant wait for the individual interviews - and other behind the scenes stuff.

Poor Lloyd I can’t believe he is really dead.

I could never think of Lloyd as a bad person just a weak person. He wanted to change the world for the better but though rationalisation he did terrible things. He knew what he did was wrong and his message ‘be braver than me’ was to worn us not to end up like him.

I'm refusing to take the hint, Lloyd cannot die!



How would his computer know he was dead to send out a message? I imagine he set it to send if he didn't log in for a certain amount of time, but if he had just run away he wouldn't go on his computer so this mesage gets put out. Not sure why I care, but I just think its not certain he is dead.

I don’t want him to be dead either. I always liked him. Even when he killed the vampires I could not hate him I just felt sad.

i don't think he's dead, probably a bit crazy though. maybe him and owen are sharing a padded cell somewhere! he was getting very jumpy in the last few videos, reckon he has lost the plot by now, the dead werewolf in the chamber will have pushed him over the edge.

I do think that soon we will be down to a blog a week soon as the behind the scenes has to last until the new scrips first drafts are ready and cast readings begin so as that happens I will console myself on the 12th and enjoy our Sundays together.

I definitely vote with the 'not seen the last of Lloyd' crowd! He is just too good a sleazy character to lose, especially if all he had to face was the ghost of a werewolf. I wonder if Nina will track him down and there is something in the CENSSA supernatural studies to date that will emerge as an important plot line....of course he may just have been trying to keep us busy by suggesting we re-watch all the old stuff LOL

I'll go with what he said, 'probably' dead :-) meaning dead unless Toby suddenly thinks "oh I could use Lloyd here!" so we won't be told either way.

I also think Lloyd Pinky is still out there .... hiding in a bunker somewhere, with a box of tissues by his bed, terrified of vampire retribution !

I am glad to see he has lost his hero worship of Kemp (he ammends the 'Great' scientist bit). Maybe he finally sees him for the religious fanatic and obsessed stalker that he was.

I suppose I will have to take the hook and check over the old CENSSA tapes for clues - will help the BH withdrawal symptoms a little.



Wondering aloud about series 3 - I really hope that we will see the cute, ginger Vicar, whom George met at the hospital when Mitch had been stabbed, again. I liked his character, he seemed like a genuinely decent bloke, it would be good to see hime team up with little Daniel from the God Squad and actually try to help the supernaturals manage their conditions rather than try to exterminate them. I think the two of them would have a lot of comedy value.

Toby's hint that the 3rd series might be about "the danger from themselves" makes me wonder if Nina's sleuthing might begin to get her in trouble - if she starts seeking retribution against Lloydd Pinky for instance.

And will Herrick, when he discovers that his clan of vampires has been bombed out of existence, try to create his new world order by starting world War Three. Perhaps he will call a gathering of Vamps from around the world, maybe werewolves and vamps will unite behind me. OMG I cant wait.

Toby if you need anyone to help in the writing department, even to make the tea, then just let me know - I can be there just as soon as you like! :)

A great re watch of episodes 1-8 sounds a great idea - not sure my hubby would be very happy about all 8 at one go, even though he is a major Being Human fan too. I have seen all episodes twice apart from number 8. Definitely agree that don't think Lloyd is dead.........

@joooos (24) & Juila (26) - no the plan is one episode per week, starting at 9pm every Sunday, just as if we were carrying on as normal. The S2 DVD/Blu-ray will be out in time for us to carry on straight after S1. We can blog and look for clues and go "oh oh see how that played out later" and play BH drinking games and generally hang out with an excuse to feed the obsession.
