VF (14): They're wearing fingerless gloves for the asthetics. Maybe it was cold over there. No, they probably took them off to actually carve the thing, as those hands look rather un-Aidan-ish (although you never know....)

anglo (17)...not sure who you mean but if it is who I am thinking of then I have no aversion to him getting his kit of either....none whatsoever......

Beatrice (18)....nah, didn't think they were Aidan's hands either...can't see him doing that somehow....not until he has children (if he ever does)...can you imagine how gorgeous at least one of them would possibly be?



VF (19)..yes, you know who it is...I remember you mentioning him some time ago when we were describing....ulp....things....the stuff that weirdly doesn't necessarily get you a visit from the M people but which is a bit explicit anyway...



We'll think of you when the others take photos and stuff....Eagle wants to use my PC when she's here so she might be able to upload them from here to keep us die-hard fans entertained rather than wait until Monday or Tuesday when you'll have all expired through over-exertion/desperation hehe

I've always wondered how to do the carving part properly. i did try once but it was a disaster and i nearly lost a thumb in the process.



In relation to the owner of the gloves, don't think its Aid as his gloves are black and his fingers are broader too - when you see them in full frame! not that i'm obsessed at all just observent!

Hmmm, is it just me or do those hands look suspiciously female?

(23) You buy a 'specialist pumpkin knife' from your local hardware store/supermarket. It makes it a lot easier to carve, and they're a lot less dangerous finger-wise.

yeah see i didn't know that 5 years ago when i last tried, i just picked up an average knife and started hacking away. Suprising how stress relieving it was lol.

We can buy pumpkins cheap on Sunday and have a go at hacking them to death on Sunday afternoon when we're at the flat...they'll be going cheap by then cos no-one will want them hehe you can take yours home (if we get a small one) if we shove it in the fridge until it's time for you to head back, keep it fresh...give it a name or something....George the pumpkin!
