
SOAK’s ‘Before We Forgot How To Dream’ has been announced as one of the 12 shortlisted albums for this year’s Mercury Prize.
The debut album from Bridie-Monds-Watson was described by the judging panel as ‘…wistful, unsettling and mesmerising’ and features alongside 11 other albums nominated for this year’s prize.

- Wolf Alice - My Love Is Cool
The shortlist was revealed today on BBC Radio 6 Music and the winner, who will pick up a £20,000 prize, will be announced live on Friday 20th November on BBC 4 & BBC Radio 6 Music.
It could be a busy November for SOAK with a nomination for the NI Music Prize already confirmed.
