The Chemical Brothers for Belsonic
The Chemical Brothers have been added to this year’s Belsonic line-up, their first show in Belfast since 2005.
They’ll headline at Titanic Belfast on Friday 10th June with support from Erol Alkan, Phil Kieran and Schmutz. Already confirmed for the new location – and new time of year – are Ellie Goulding, David Guetta, Faithless, Foals, Tiesto, Biffy Clyro, Stereophonics, Bring Me The Horizon, Olivers Heldens & Robin Schulz.
Ards International Guitar Festival
Emerald Armada and No Oil Paintings are among the musicians playing at this year’s Ards International Guitar Festival, which takes place in the town from 6th – 10th April. Marty Carthy, Wiktoria Szubelak, Ronnie Greer, Antoine Dufour and Gráinne Duffy are also playing the festival, with tours of the Avalon guitar factory and guitar clinics offering guitar techniques and insights into pedal building also part of the programme of events.
Sea Sessions Add More Irish Artists
Sea Sessions have announced more Irish acts for the Bundoran, Co.Donegal festival which takes place June 24th – June 26th. Joining headliners Primal Scream and Tinie Tempah will be Gavin James, HamsandwicH, King Kong Company, Raglans, Daithi (Pictured), Exmagician, Miles Graham, Picture This, T.P.M., Fang Club, New Valley Wolves, Crow Black Chicken, Karma Parking, Third Smoke, Wolves of Youth and winners of the 'Unsigned Sessions' competition. Pleasure Beach, Ciaran Lavery, CC Brez and Bitch Falcon were previously announced as playing the event, which is now in its ninth year
