Submissions to Play Stendhal Festival Open
The application process to be considered to play at this year’s Stendhal Festival of Art opened this week and will run to Sunday 3rd April. It is open to ‘all genres’ of music and submissions should be made via the festival website. Set on the grounds of Ballymully Cottage Farm near Limavady, previous artists who have played the event include Frightened Rabbit, SOAK, The Undertones and The Divine Comedy.
Celtronic Festival News
The first acts to be announced for Celtronic are KiNK, The Black Madonna, Mister Saturday Night, Barnt, Gerd Janson, RØDHÅD, Rival Consoles, Âme, Edward and Ewan Pearson. The festival has been releasing details of the artists taking part in this year’s event over the last couple of weeks, with more to be announced. Celtronic 2016 will be held in a number of venues throughout Derry~Londonderry from June 29th to July 3rd.
Avicii and Jess Glynne for Tennents Vital
Also announced this month, Avicii and Jess Glynne are Belfast bound. Avicii will headline the second day of Vital with Jess Glynne as special guest on Friday 26th August 2016. Already announced for Thursday 25th August are Red Hot Chili Peppers & Fall Out Boy.
