Electric Picnic 2016 Releases Its First Wave of Acts

Electric Picnic 2016 returns on Friday 2nd – Sunday 4th September 2016, at Stradbally Hall, County Laois.

The first 27 acts on the bill have been announced as Girls Names, Jack Garratt, Broken Social Scene, LCD Soundsystem, Gavin James, Lana Del Rey, The Chemical Brothers, New Order, HAIM, Super Furry Animals, Years & Years, Todd Terje, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Animal Collective, Wolf Alice, The Avett Brothers, Wild Beasts, Glass Animals, Savages, Pantha Du Prince presents The Triad, Phosphorescent, Ezra Furman, Mount, Kimbie DJ Set, Daniel Avery, Blossoms, Aurora, NAO, Meilyr Jones. Indie 16

The annual Indiependence Music and Arts Festival ‘INDIE16’ sets its roots once again down at the foot of the Galtee Mountains, in Michelstown, County Cork from Friday 29th July - Sunday 31st July.

Pleasure Beach, Saint Sister and CC Brez are set to perform at Deer Farm alongside Bell X1, Ash, The Strypes, Otherkin and UK headliners The Kooks, Editors, and Idlewild.

Ravelóid– Irish Language Musical Festival

Ballbriggin welcomes gaeilgeoir’s and tune enthusiasts alike to an Irish language music festival on the grounds of Ardgillam Castle, Dublin on Friday 10th and Saturday 11th of June. The line-up so far features HamsandwicH, Heathers, Grainne Holland, The Riptide Movement, Delorentos, Kila, Seo Linn, Altan and Hot House Flowers.
