Strait Laces have announced they are to split up after almost five years together.



The three-piece formed in the north coast back in 2008 and released their self-titled debut album last October. 

In a statement on their facebook page, the band said, "So we are splitting up... It's been an awesome 4.5 years and Thank You to everyone who has listened, watched, cared, gave us a floor to sleep on etc. A big Thanks to Jen and Jonny! Keep 21st of September free to watch the "riffs hit the fan" for our last show ever! "

Details of the bands will final gig on 21st September have yet to be confimed.
