Why We Need This Record: French House via London from one of the the biggest up and coming producers at the moment. It's not gonna change the world and probably took him half an hour to make but I'm guessing it'll wreck most house friendly dance floors around.

Label: Funkatech
Why We Need This Record: These guys used to make well produced but rather annoying old skool sounding Psy-Breaks but thankfully they've wised up and started making something a bit more interesting! The flip side to this is a rather dull stab at dubstep but this tune is a tasty slice of chunky tech funk that should sound massive over a good system.

Title: Punji (Zodiac Cartel Remix)

Why We Need This Record: Tech Funk legend Lee Coombs returns with an Indian flavoured piece of jackin techno on Meat Katie and Dylan Rhymes Lot 49 records. Zodiac Cartel step up with another massive Warehouse remix that pretty much kills any other track out there at the moment.
