Radio 1's Screen Time is a film podcast hosted by the BBC Radio 1 film critic Ali Plumb.

The podcast is a mix of reviews of the latest films and interviews with the top talent in the film world. Recently, Ali has interviewed stars including Saoirse Ronan, Timothée Chalamet, Denzel Washington and James McAvoy.

Who is Ali Plumb?

Ali is Radio 1 and 1Xtra’s film critic, reviewing movies and TV shows across both networks. He works with presenters including Greg James, Nick Grimshaw, Dev and Ace. He also has his own iPlayer interview show Movies With Ali Plumb, featuring documentaries such as The Secret of The Fast and the Furious.

Before joining the BBC, Ali worked at Empire Magazine on the Empire Podcast and then moving to Digital Spy.
