Ex Monty Python comic Michael Palin reflects on his landmark travel shows in a new four part series, including when he accepted an offer to follow the route of Phileas Fogg in 80 days the classic Jules Verne story. 25 Siblings And Me
The incredible story of Oli, a young British man with Asperger’s, who overnight discovers he has 25 brothers and sisters, all from the same American sperm donor. Desperate to be part of this new family, Oli travels to the USA meeting his donor and joining a mass sibling reunion. Full series available as a box set from Sunday 4 October.
Being British East Asian: Sex, Beauty & Bodies
Exploring body image, sex, and beauty, Elaine Chong challenges all she learned from movies, TV, and even family while growing up British East Asian, and looks at why the desire to “fit in” to a foreign culture while meeting the standards demanded by Asian family can leave some in an almost impossible situation. In The Face Of Terror
Three part series In the Face of Terror follows the ordinary people searching for truth and justice following two deadly acts of terror. The first, a hostage crisis in Syria that culminated in seven beheadings by a British executioner, later dubbed ‘Jihadi John’. The other, a far- right attack in Christchurch, New Zealand, in which 51 people were shot dead in the city’s mosques. Begins Monday 5 October.

A Hard Day's Night
Anarchic and offbeat 1960s story of 36 hours in the lives of The Beatles, as they travel to a TV show in London. The film uses a variety of cinematographic styles including documentary, surrealism and neorealism to create one of the milestone pictures of the decade. Streaming on iPlayer from Saturday 3 October.
West Is West
Culture-clash comedy drama set in 1976, the sequel to hit play and film East Is East. Sulky, Salford-born teenager Sajid, transported to rural Pakistan with his father, is an alien amidst this other family. However, dad 'George' is almost equally troubled by what their visit stirs up.
