Hayley says: "It talks a lot about humans and what we mean to each other"

"What I thought was interesting was that she spoke to Mexicans that have a family member working in the US and they haven't seen each other in five years but they can touch each other by poking their fingers through the actual fence. Then she speaks to people who live on ranches right up against this wall and it doesn't work for them either, they don't like it.

"There are people who think they have solutions but I don't think Sue Perkins agreed with anyone. What I found interesting was that she shrunk this huge political thing that [President] Trump speaks about constantly and it's not Trump's wall - Bush approved it, Clinton built more of it. It’s been going on for decades and because it's just this thing in the news, you don't think about these people and how it affects every little thing they do.

"It starts off as light and fluffy with her downing shots of tequila in Tijuana but it also talks a lot about humans and what we mean to each other."

Scott says: "She has done more than other documentaries in explaining the issues that surround the border"

"Sue Perkins can kind of work with pretty much anybody, so that's what makes her so perfect in hosting this programme.

"However, I learnt more about Sue Perkins' opinion about the border wall, rather than 'here are all of the facts, here are all of the perspectives, now make up your own mind,' which I would have preferred. Still, she has done more than other documentaries in explaining the multitude of perspectives and issues that surround the border.

"What they showed us so well were the festivals and food, the culture and warmth, the happiness and hospitality that you don't commonly hear about because that area it is so dominated by the news."
