Once you have picked your topic there are two ways to frame your title:
a Question
an Hypothesis
A Question
This is the most straightforward approach and simply identifies a question that your assignment will attempt to answer, such as : Do the police in the USA discriminate against minorities?
An Hypothesis
An hypothesis is essentially an educated guess about something you think is true. Your task is then to do the research to prove or disprove your hypothesis. An hypothesis could be: Gender inequality no longer exists in the UK.
