Grammar - Key verbs for talking about sport

There are three key verbs used to talk about sport:

  • jugar - to play a sport

  • practicar - to practise/do/take part in a sport

  • hacer - to do

If a sport is played with a ball, use jugar. Otherwise, use practicar or hacer.

It is important to know how to use these in the past, present and future .
