The project was launched a year ago to mark 200 years of Scottish sporting heritage. The Princess Royal will launch a 300,000 fundraising campaign on 5 December to create a permanent gallery. BBC One Scotland will televise The Famous 50, on Saturday 30 November at 2225 GMT. | See also: 30 Nov 02 | Scotland 30 Nov 02 | Scotland 18 Sep 02 | Scotland 06 Jun 02 | Scotland 03 Oct 00 | Scotland 24 Jul 00 | Other Sports 31 Dec 99 | Scotland Internet links: The BBC is not responsible for the content of external internet sites Top Scotland stories now: Links to more Scotland stories are at the foot of the page. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
