| Tuesday, 15 October, 2002, 08:24 GMT 09:24 UK In pictures: Mourning in Bali Tourists and local people on the Indonesian island of Bali are struggling to come to terms with the massive bomb attack which ripped apart a crowded nightclub on Saturday. ![]() Australian tourists are mourning friends and relatives. ![]() Indonesians elsewhere in the country have expressed shock and sadness. ![]() At least 188 people were killed - most of them tourists. ![]() The nightclub has become a scene of mourning. ![]() Bali's island idyll has been shattered... ![]() ... leaving tourists and locals in disbelief. ![]() Tourists still on the island held a candle-lit service to remember the dead. ![]() But many have already left, fearing for their safety. ![]() Australian Foreign Minister Alexander Downer and Justice Minister Chris Ellison placed flowers at the bomb site. |
