Acts including The Proclaimers, Liberty X and The Coral have been named in the line-up for Aberdeen's Hogmanay celebrations. Organisers said they would be joined by ceilidh band Shindig and the Grampian Police Pipe Band.
Free entry to the event in the Castlegate has been arranged on a first-come-first-served basis with entertainment due to start at 2100 GMT.
A huge screen has also been planned for revellers further back from the stage.
Organisers said gates have been scheduled to open at 2000 GMT.
The line-up for the Edinburgh and Glasgow events have already been announced with Texas, KT Tunstall and El Presidente among the acts performing in the capital.
Athlete, Hue & Cry and Deacon Blue have been included in the Glasgow line-up.
