Aerospace workers to go on strike
Workers building a helicopter at Westland in Yeovil
Staff fear for the future of their pensions at the company
About 1,700 workers at the Yeovil-based helicopter firm Agusta Westland have voted to go on strike next week.

The move is in protest over the company's plans to change the current pension scheme for employees.

The aerospace company is facing a 94m shortfall in its final salary pension scheme and workers are concerned that any changes will leave them poorer.

The first 24-hour strike will begin next Wednesday. The company said it was "disappointed" at the move.
