Workers at Westland Helicopters in Yeovil have voted for strike action in a dispute over pay.

Managers at the parent company AgustaWestland offered a pay increase which would see wages rise by 6.4% over two years.

More than 80% of Amicus members - who represent design, computing and clerical staff at the firm - took part in the vote.

In total, 404 people voted for action, with 153 voting against.
