Cathedral hosting cancer prayers
Prayers have been said for people affected by cancer at the sixth annual Pause for Hope service in Liverpool.

Children read prayers at the Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral.

The causes being represented include the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, Alder Hey Hospital, Macmillan Cancer Relief and Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Radio Merseyside's Linda McDermott and Roger Phillips were among the guest speakers and Liverpool's official singer Rachael Russell performed.
