Worcestershire County Cricket Club have played their first game at their home ground since it was badly damaged by flooding last summer.

They were beaten by Warwickshire by 83 runs in a 40 overs per side warm-up match for the new season.

They last played at New Road on 21 June before floods wiped out the rest of the home season. Some areas of the pitch were under 12ft (3.6m) of water.

Warwickshire made 245 for 3 and Worcestershire reached 162 for 9.
