Volunteers are joining council officials and local traders to help rid their area of unsightly graffiti. Work in Winton, Bournemouth, Dorset, will continue until early next week with heavy-duty cleaning being carried out in the early hours of the morning.
Efforts will be focused on removing graffiti and cleaning the High Street - from Bryanston Road to Privet Road.
The clean-up is part of a broader scheme to revamp the area, with plans to introduce street market from July.
