Youth from across Leicester have put forward their ideas on how to improve city council services for children. The youngsters from Barnardos, the Disabled Children's Programme and a range of youth clubs met at Aylestone Leisure Centre on Saturday.
They attended workshops to discuss what young people want from services like education, health and social care.
Youngsters volunteered their ideas at an information caf where they wrote their comments on tablecloths.
The purpose of the workshops and meetings was to find ways to modernise and improve services for children, young people and their families.
