More talks over club's new ground
Controversial plans to build a new 6m ground for FA Vase winners Truro City could finally take a step forward.

The football club wants to build five full-size pitches with terraced seating, a sports hall and a clubhouse on land at Pencoose Farm.

But the Campaign for Protecting Rural England has raised concerns about plans filed with Carrick District Council.

A public meeting is being held later at Truro College to enable local residents to have their say.

In May supporters held a march to try to encourage councillors to back the plans.
