Coastguards say good weather has encouraged 'tombstoners' | A security firm is being hired to patrol Penzance harbour and the town's Jubilee Pool because of fears that teenagers are risking their lives. Penwith Council is paying for guards seven days a week for several hours a night this summer. So-called "tombstoners" are climbing the walls to get into the pool when it is closed and jumping or diving into shallow water. A man died in Torquay earlier this month tombstoning at Ansteys Cove.
