Drivers set for more diversions
traffic lights
New traffic lights are being put up at the L'Aumone junction in the Castel
More diversions are set to be in place on Guernsey's roads from Monday.

New traffic lights are being put up at the L'Aumone junction in the Castel.

To improve pedestrian safety, a push-button crossing is going to be in place on the Rectory Hill and L'Aumone arms of the junction.

Rue de Presbytere will be closed from Tuesday until Thursday while a pavement is made on the west side of the road to incorporate the new Rectory Hill crossing.

Diversions will be in place for traffic along Rue des Varendes and Rohais de Haut.
