The 15 foot by 10 foot home at Sidford, east Devon, is to be used as a permanent residence. The property - named The Cabin - has one main room with a kitchenette and shower extension, while upstairs the mezzanine bedroom is just four feet high at its tallest. The property was converted into a home 18 months ago. Former shop Colin Moorhouse, of Redferns estate agents, said the former fish and grocery shop had sold for close to the asking price. Mr Moorhouse said: "There were lots of people interested in viewing the property. "It is a nice little place and at the price you can't really go wrong." Mr Moorhouse said he believed the new buyer would be using The Cabin as his main residence. | See also: 11 Oct 02 | England 21 Jul 02 | England 30 Apr 02 | England Internet links: The BBC is not responsible for the content of external internet sites Top England stories now: Links to more England stories are at the foot of the page. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
