Rory Bremner has been dubbed one of the funniest men in Britain best known for his impressions of Tony Blair, George Bush and others in the public eye.

But in recent years - particularly after the Iraq war - his satirical humour has turned darker and more serious.

Has he really come to loathe the politicians he impersonates, the very people who provide him with such hilarious material?

Gavin Esler asks him why he appears to have changed his views.
