Jeremy Bowen, the BBC's Middle East Editor, explores the causes, the events and the unfinished business of the 1967 War in the Middle East.
Forty years on he travels to Israel, the Palestinian territories, Egypt, Syria and Jordan to talk to some of the key players, and to show how 1967 and its legacy has shaped what is happening in the region today.
Part Three: Capture
On days three and four of the conflict, Israel conquers Jerusalem's Old City, holy to three faiths.
Then the Palestinian exodus across the West Bank to Jordan begins and Egypt loses the Sinai Desert to Israeli forces.
