Net neutrality stalls in the UK plus other tech news

Several leading UK internet service providers have refused to sign up to a code of conduct promising users full and open access to the net.

Ten ISPs backed the agreement but others described the code as vague and impractical.

Also this week, there are reports that Apple is set to change the size of its dock connectors in the next generation of its products. Click's Spencer Kelly presents these and other tech news.
