We talked to the chairman of the fashion chain Next, David Jones, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease at the age of 39. He's written a book about his experiences - and why he chose to keep his condition secret until a couple of years ago. It's called Next to Me. He also helped set up the charity Cure Parkinsons.
