Most congested roads Traffic reporter Jo Sale is used to breaking the bad news of jams to listeners of Radio Five Live. Now she looks in more depth at the plight of the motorist and awards the Golden Cone to the most congested stretch of road. Road tolls Motoring correspondent Quentin Wilson considers the congestion charging scheme introduced in Oslo- is this a viable solution to London's jams? Public transport Meanwhile, reporter Jason Barlow looks at the drawbacks of charging motorists and asks why in Britain we spend less subsidising public transport than in other European countries like Germany, France and Italy. The school run And in an investigation of the nightmare school run, Rhodri Morgan challenges parents of children at Much Woolton Primary School in Liverpool to abandon their car for the day.
