About 4x4 Reports
4x4 Reports

4x4 Reports is a new way of exploring the stories at the heart of all our lives.

Each week four reporters examine four angles of one important issue. With different takes on the same subject we reveal a deeper understanding of any given topic.

Our reporters' brief is to search for fresh angles, amazing stories and produce imaginative journalism.

Our reporters make 4x4 Reports unique. Over any series expect to see some of the BBC's most familiar and authoritative faces.

We also provide a platform for guest reporters who have particular expertise and bring their own perspective and passion to their reports.

The programme is produced by the BBC's Network Current Affairs Department in Manchester.

The award winning unit has an established reputation for making high quality popular current affairs programmes, producing programmes like Hard Cash, Crime Squad and Here and Now.

Highlights

Last year highlights included topical reports on floods, the refugee crisis and state of our railways.
