Libya's leader Muamar Gaddafi has met the Lockerbie bomber, Abdelbaset al-Megrahi after his release from jail.
Scotland's government freed terminally ill Megrahi, 57, on compassionate grounds on Thursday.
Earlier, Britain and the United States rebuked Libya after Megrahi received a jubilant welcome when he got off the plane in Tripoli.
