The Chancellor Alistair Darling has criticised the welcome given to the man convicted of the Lockerbie bombing on his return to Libya.
Crowds in Tripoli greeted Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi after he was freed on compassionate grounds by the Scottish Government.
Mr Darling said "people need to remember this man was convicted of murdering 270 people".
