Attendance at a Jersey primary school is improving after it was badly affected by a winter vomiting bug. More than 110 pupils and 10 members of staff at D'Auvergne School in St Helier were struck down by the bug, believed to be the Norwalk virus, last week.
The school was disinfected at the weekend and no staff were allowed to enter the building.
Deputy Head Richard Sugden said there were now only 30 pupils and two teaching assistants off sick.
