School closed after bug outbreak
A school in Jersey has been closed following an outbreak of a highly contagious virus which makes people sick.

About 40 children at Trinity School are thought to be affected by the winter vomiting virus, also known as the Norwalk virus.

Mick Heald, assistant director of education sport and culture, said other schools are being monitored.

A cleaning operation is now under way at Trinity.
