Stark warning about tax changes
A Guernsey deputy is warning there will have to be severe cutbacks to make savings in the island's government.

Suggested changes to corporate taxation in Guernsey will lessen the amount of revenue raised.

Cuts in services along with several increases in indirect taxes are also said to be likely.

Deputy Francis Quinn, of the island's Home Department, said people will be affected by the changes whether they like it or not.
