 About 60 weapons from the James Bond films are being auctioned off |
A selection of guns used in the James Bond films over the last 40 years are set to go under the hammer at an auction of film memorabilia in London. The star weapon,used by Sean Connery in the 1962 film Dr No, is expected to fetch up to �25,000.
The black dress worn by Audrey Hepburn in the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany's will also be among the lots at the Christie's sale on 5 December.
It has been estimated to fetch anything up to �70,000.
The reindeer jumper worn by Colin Firth in Bridget Jones Diary has been valued up to �600.
A pair of glasses worn by Micahel Caine in the Harry Palmer Trilology is expected to go for �2,000 to �3,000.
Obi-Wan Kenobi's costume from the 1977 Star Wars film is also being auctioned, while a programme for the Qudditch World Cup used in Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire is also among the sale items.
The minimum both items have been estimated to be sold for is �2,000.
