"I have some horrible neighbours who have been trying to drive me out for years," says Judy Martin, 57. "I have to go back to my house so they won't have won.

"Seriously, I want to get back and start up my own graphics business. People always need letterhead.

"I've been helping people out with graphics for free. Now I'm going to charge."
