Sergio Olivas, an immigrant from Nicaragua, used to live in New York, but he left because of 9/11.

He moved to New Orleans.

Now he is thinking of moving to Texas, where he has a sister.

"This is the second year in a row we ran away from a hurricane. Doing that every year is not living."
