Antoni Imiela denies nine counts of rape against women and girls |
A 13-year-old told a rapist he made her sick, after he pulled her from her bike into some woods, a court has heard. Antoni Imiela, 49, of Appledore, denies nine counts of rape on five women and three girls - he also denies the kidnap, attempted rape and indecent assault of another girl.
In a police video interview, the teenager told how she was attacked in Surrey, in September 2002.
The trial heard how she argued with her attacker.
'Fought orders'
Maidstone Crown Court was shown the police video, filmed two days after the attack near Woking, in Surrey, on Friday.
In it, the girl held her mother's hand and told police: "I gave a smile to say 'Hi' and he just ignored me and kept on walking.
"I just totally regret that now."
 | I said 'What are you going to do with me afterwards - am I going to be able to see my family? You are not going to kill me and stuff? |
The girl told police her attacker dragged her into some woods and told her to strip.
The teenager said her attacker hit out when she rejected the orders he gave her.
She argued with the man, told him he made her feel sick and turned her cheek when he tried to kiss her, the court heard.
On Monday the court heard how Mr Imiela was picked out on a video identity parade by a woman who saw a man "watching and following" her 13-year-old granddaughter.
She told how the man looked "intense and agitated" and then hid behind a tree in the road in Hertfordshire where the teenager was delivering newspapers.
The police inspector who set up the identity parade said the grandmother had been shown the film - which displayed images of nine men - four times before she picked out Mr Imiela as the man she had seen on that night.
The attacks were carried out in 2001 and 2002 in London, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and Birmingham
The case continues.
