I thought I stood no chance when applying for ‘The Break’. In fact, when I was selected, I cried and then I cried a bit more through sheer happiness.
The writers of the third series of The Break, original short dramatic monologues for BBC Three and BBC iPlayer, are all either from a Scottish background or based in Scotland.
The 5 monologues were developed by BBC Writersroom Scotland, following an open script call on our website, and produced by The Comedy Unit, an independent production company based in Glasgow.
