The photo is taken 23 years before I was born.My grandpa used to work in the government, he looks almost like my dad. Unfortunately I've never seen him. My grandma used to be a "western style" tailoring teacher in Yilan,Taiwan during the time, she seems to be the only and the best teacher back then.
