Election Bus Tour: If Bill from Liverpool were PM he would foster a much more transparent political culture.
Bill Givens
When the BBC bus arrived in Liverpool for its pre-election tour Bill Givens recorded what he would do if he were prime minister. Bill would make sure that MPs worked for the people who voted for them and ensure that we had a parliament to be proud of. He feels that the current system has failed the electorate and he has several suggestions as to how he would change things.
