Community Service Volunteers welcomed the chance to work with BBC Connect and Create on a filmmaking project with young volunteers. CSV Project Coordinator Rebecca Wilkinson says volunteering affects young people's lives in many ways. She also points out that it is a good way to get involved in something you are interested in and get something back for your efforts. Rebecca works for CSV coordinating volunteers. She says that volunteering is an opportunity to gain new skills, meet new people, and also leads to a sense of empowerment and satisfaction.
