Introducing Louise
Louise made her name making social media content about motherhood. She's now an author and has her own parenting podcast too.
Her social media career began when she became pregnant with her first child Darcy in 2011. She is now a mum of 2, with Pearl arriving in January 2018. Louise has captured all the highs and lows of parenthood, even documenting her 2nd labour!
I think Tiny Happy People is so important because the more a child can communicate, the more they can engage with the world. And this sets them up for the rest of their lives.
Louise My name's Louise Pentland and I make social media content around motherhood and lifestyle. I also write women's fiction books and have a podcast.
My youngest daughter is called Pearl and she has just turned two. And she is energetic, very energetic. She's chatty, she's fun, she really likes playing with little toys all the time. She keeps me on my toes.
I think parenthood throws up new challenges every day, and it's how you tackle them mentally that matters. If you're having a bad day or you're feeling a bit lonely or you're a bit flat, I think parenthood can be a lot more challenging.
I find that time between four and six pm really difficult because that's when everyone's a bit tired, you've run out of games to play, and you're looking forward to bedtime.
I think Tiny Happy People is so important because the more children can communicate, the more they can engage with the world, and that sets them up ready for the rest of their lives.
I think a lot of the time as a parent you're dealing with temper tantrums and meltdowns and as soon as they can tell you what's wrong, life is easier. And also they feel better, they feel more content and more confident. They're just Tiny Happy People when they can communicate with you, so anything to help nurture and develop that, I like it.
As a working mum, this website is so helpful to me because literally it's in my pocket, I can whip my phone out and look through.
I really like that they have the age appropriate activities so I can just click one, pick one and do it and in twenty minutes, we've had a really fun activity. I feel like I've been a mum-winner, she feels happy. Everyone's happy.

Louise loves how Tiny Happy People activities are arranged by age, making it easy to quickly find something to try each day.
As a working mum, Tiny Happy People is so easy because it's in my pocket. In 20 minutes, I can pick an activity and feel like a mum winner.
Almost any daily activity is a chance to talk, bond and have fun. Discover your new favourite activities to share with your little one by clicking here.
