LIZZIE GOUGH:This is the more technical stuff from locking,
LIZZIE GOUGH:we're going to do some points and some locks. Okay so with the points, you're going to start from your shoulder and you're going to feed through and go to the corner.
LIZZIE GOUGH:And you do it to the other side and up. You can lift your shoulder as well to give you a slight breath when you're doing it.
LIZZIE GOUGH:And then you're going to go up, which is called an Atlas, try and if you want to get right angles.
LIZZIE GOUGH:You're going to come down, and we're going to do a lock. Now with the lock, you bend forwards and you bend your arms.
LIZZIE GOUGH:So let's try doing it a bit quicker, so you're going to go one, two, three, four, up, down, lock.
LIZZIE GOUGH:Ready?
LIZZIE GOUGH:And that's our locks and points.
