DANCER:Okay guys, I'm going to teach you the stomp to retreat spin.
DANCER:What you're going do is you're going to take your right leg, raise your right leg in the air, and hop onto your left. Like so.
DANCER:Then you take that right leg, put it down, and then jump out.
DANCER:You do the exact same thing on the opposite leg. Raise the leg up, with a hop, put that foot down, then you jump out.
DANCER:From there, you're going to go to a retreat. It's the exact same thing, but you're turning. You're going to take your right leg again, jump up, turn just a quarter, put the foot down, then you jump out.
DANCER:Do the exact same thing again with the opposite leg.
DANCER:Turn the other way, jump up, foot up, foot down, jump out, and that's your retreat.
DANCER:From here, as soon as you've jumped out on your retreat, you can finish it off with a nice spin.
DANCER:And that's your stomp to retreat spin.
