Pupils could be asked to share things they find difficult at school.

This could be done anonymously on scraps of paper.

Ask pupils to produce a word shower of how the difficulties make them feel.

After watching the clip, discuss what Chaz should do.

Ask pupils to write him an email telling him about their own difficulties at school as well as offering advice on what to do to help with his reading.
